Women's Open Talk is a mental health support group for women & non-binary people.

Heavily inspired and influenced by Andy's Man Club, the aim of the group is to bring people together to share in a non-judgemental, CONFIDENTIAL and safe space.

 

We all know life can be hard sometimes and our facilitators all have their own struggles.

Nervous about coming alone? We get it! Bring a friend, family member or contact any of our facilitators via Facebook and they'll be more than happy to meet you at the doors.
